Nemesis is not a DLL; IIRC it just creates animation data, so it should work on SE and AE. Hell, I'd expect it to work on LE, even. To download it, look for "Releases" on the righthand side of the page.

If possible, configure Steam to relocate your Steam library folder outside of Program Files. Unfortunately, this will require having Steam move all of your installed games. If you have multiple hard drives, Steam will allow you to create multiple Steam library folders and choose which games go in each, so you could have Skyrim go in one that isn't in Program Files; alternatively, there is apparently a way to trick it into allowing multiple library folders on a single drive.
