I will open source the whole thing at some point, but need to cleanup a bit first It is a simple page built using Svelte, and then the graph rendering is done using this library https://github.com/vasturiano/3d-force-graph
The data is a collection of plaintext markdown files with YAML-frontmatter, like in the PKM software obsidian https://obsidian.md/, which is what i use in general for my note taking and so then i wrote a python script that convert these files to json in the format that the graph requires
