Trying to convert my egui app to a website; runs locally but not online?

Hey so i found this template https://github.com/emilk/eframe_template/ that allows me to make my egui app into a web based version and i wanted to run this as a learning experience. But there's one small issue; it works perfectly locally!

I have no clue whats causing it or how to fix it; i've looked at the video they suggest https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NtUkr_z7l84 but its not really all to helpful for my issue. If anyone has any ideas at all please let me know!
