At the moment I use lavamusic as it offers slash command support and Spotify URL playback. It requires a bit more to setup, but it's well worth as Lavalink runs more reliably (in my experience); I previously used JMusicBot which did not run well on my Pi, but it's easier and may be fine for you.

By the way, use the Lavalink JAR files found here for your Pi. The official one was not built for aarch64, and you will experience instability (or it refuses to run at all).
You could always use a virtual LAN solution instead like ZeroTier or Hamachi and play on LAN from your PC, since you mentioned that you'd play together once in awhile. I use and recommend ZeroTier as it's way better than Hamachi; especially since Hamachi has a max of only 5 computers for free users (ZeroTier has 25!).
