How can I add spotify to the music control plugin like in the featured image?

This is where I got it: https://github.com/SteamDeckHomebrew/decky-loader. Just follow the instructions and install the pre release version. Once installed open the quick access menu and the bottom tag should have a plug icon. If you click on that you can browse plugins from the store. And if you have a plugin installed a shopping cart icon should appear that takes you to the same store of plugins

There is an app on the Discovery store you can get called YTMD which is an unofficial YouTube Music desktop app. If you install it through the discovery store then you can add it to Steam as a non-steam app and use with SteamOS. You may encounter an issue signing into it for the first time, but I resolved it by following instructions here:
