It creates a second one with a different hyperlink. You can have both up and running at the same time. Just don't delete the webhook until you are ready and want to turn off the Heroku instance (I guess?) and don't change it to maintenance mode. I left both mine up for about a day and then decided to try deleting the webhook and enabling maintenance mode...the new site with fly.io is working totally fine still, with no issues so far at least
