Just make sure you out the ROM and the patch in the correct places and let the program work.

    Decompilation of Pokémon Emerald

    • Pokemon Emerald has a full source code decompilation, so its easier to romhack than its ever been. All you really need is a text editor and a way to compile the rom (which can be a little annoying to set-up but incredibly worth it compared to binary hacking). I have a tutorial series devoted to teaching beginners how to use the decomps here.
