But I noticed that Sponscrub re-encodes the video with ffmpeg, which takes a long time and obviously also causes quality loss. It would be nice if the segments were cut out in a lossless way, like the program lossless-cut does.

This is handled by sponskrub itself. You can either pass the necessary args to sposkrub using --ppa "sponskrub:-include-intro include-selfpromo ..." or use my fork of sponskrub where this is the default behaviour
