Thunderbird's UI is horrible, are there any other Windows email clients that you would recommend?

  Monterail Full Dark, a Thunderbird theme inspired by the mockup of Monterail

Am I missing something or are there only "Monterail Dark" and "Monterail Full Dark" available for up-to-date versions of Thunderbird?! They seem to be maintained by the user conema. The original version (the one you linked above) which also has a light and a blue theme is not actively mantained anymore and is not compatible with Thunderbird 68.11 and probably all newer versions.
