    • Check the documentation for bumper an open source, self hosted implementation of the Ecovacs server. One of the steps for setting bumper up is using pihole to change response for DNS lookups for the Ecovacs servers with the address of the bumper server. There should be enough info in there to make a block list. I'm not sure that the X1 is supported by bumper, but maybe worth a try.

  • Why ecovac relies on a cloud servers to be able to work? It so frustrating when you can't do simple things because the serves are out. It should be possible to work offline.
