If you use FastAPI with Tortoise ORM it looks like there's an Admin Interface that uses Tabler:

The way I see is that it is for the same reason that Qt and GTK include all the widgets and abstractions to create a complete UI.
Another framework that I've used in the past for 2 WebApps projects[1][2] -and I was quite happy with the result- is Semantic-UI (and the fomantic fork)[0]

Maybe https://blueprintjs.com/ for you, although last time I checked it did not have explicit mobile or tablet support. (They don’t aim to break mobile or tablet but they don’t endeavour to support it.)
We've built an open-source low-code framework (https://github.com/ToolJet/ToolJet) with Tabler as the base for our UI components. choosing Tabler was one of our best decisions, it helped us ship new UI components faster.
