I’m not the author of this hack (nor have I tried this), but someone has done one: https://github.com/j6k4m8/remailable (and has a public endpoint available). You can set it up on your own server or use theirs.

Have you tried rMAPI? To upload type (at the command line): "rmapi put my.pdf". Installation: extract the program file from the downloaded zip and put it in the folder with the pdf files (or better anywhere in the PATH). For Windows the program file is rmapi.exe, add the suffix ".exe" if it is missing. The approach might look old-fashioned, but it is quick.
