I can't find mention of a policy for this in any of your audit documents. And even though package versions are pinned. There are commits that just seem to upgrade a package like "open" to the latest.

iOS and iPadOS has had an issue with saving into wrong folders when creating new entries through through Safari for over a year now. (https://github.com/bitwarden/mobile/issues/1353) Has there been any progress for a fix?
