That's correct! Regardless of your ufw policy. See the github issue here: https://github.com/docker/for-linux/issues/690. I tried following the guide where you set DOCKER_OPTS, but apparently, according to this github issue: https://github.com/moby/moby/issues/27115 you have to edit the daemon file insteadsince Ubuntu uses systemd now...but I could be wrong on that
