  • claimable

Discontinued ๐Ÿš Aggregates all known Ethereum airdrops and POAPs on one page

  • I have not checked, but the github link is there in the top right corner - https://github.com/dawsbot/claimable

  • EIPs

    The Ethereum Improvement Proposal repository

  • Alex Van De Sande proposes EIP877, "a simple change that could allow contracts to pay for their own gas, tokens to pay fees in tokens themselves and even gamers to pay for their Ethereum transactions in xbox credits".

  • libretaxi

    Open source Uber #deleteuber

  • LibreTaxi, a free and open source Uber alternative, intends to add support for Ethereum.

  • phonon-protocol

Discontinued Specification for the Phonon Network

  • Energy subsidiary uses have been the primary driver till now, but I think what everyone on ETHFinance will be most excited about is Phonon, our open standard for wrapping Ethereum assets to be passed around off-chain like cash: private, fast, and free.

  • eth-berlin-19

  • I'm a little shortsighted in these sorts of things, and am well prepared to be wrong, but I think a first obvious step is to create a robust incentivisation programme. An incentivisation project was made at ETH Berlin in 2019 by flexdapps, which was pretty prescient of them. Now on tornado you earn AP points and can convert them into TORN or something. That is a bit too much like supermarket loyalty points for my liking, so I would like to see the governance system putting the deposited ETH(and other tokens) to work in a protocol like a yearn vault to earn interest to pay out something a bit more tangible to LPs . i.e. USDC or something other than what I perceive to be supermarket loyalty stamps. (If this is already done, apologies for my elementary mistake; my assumption is the ETH just sits in the pool waiting to be withdrawn again).

  • yearn-finance

Discontinued ๐Ÿฆ yearn v2 web interface

  • Are you open to a centralized option like Gemini Earn? Or if you prefer to hold your own keys, you may look into something like yearn.finance. Beware of pitfalls such as 'impermanent loss' if considering a lending pool.. Good luck.
