An implementation of Org mode without the dependency of Emacs - built for mobile and desktop browsers
Which led me to dig around and look at https://github.com/jwiegley/emacs-async (which wild-notifier uses) and then read a bit about https://www.emacswiki.org/emacs/NoThreading.
I looked a bit at https://github.com/legalnonsense/org-timed-alerts and I like the approach using org-ql potentially nice(r). Especially with caching and all of that... But the package doesn't seem maintained anymore so I think it's a dead end?
I also work a lot from my mobile, not just for entering todos. For that, I use organice (https://github.com/200ok-ch/organice). There’s also notifications on the roadmap, then the calendar workaround will probably be deprecated for notifications. I might keep it to share the calendar.
Try out my org yaap, which has no requirements and no async process.
