  Marlin is an optimized firmware for RepRap 3D printers based on the Arduino platform. Many commercial 3D printers come with Marlin installed. Check with your vendor if you need source code for your specific machine.

  

Glad I'm able to help, hopefully we'll get you printing soon! First thing to check is if your board is compatible with Marlin and manual mesh bed leveling. If it is great! If not there are other options. You can download the latest version (or older if you want) from their GitHub. Here's the Marlin website https://marlinfw.org/ Here's a guide I used on how to compile the firmware. This was new to me but eventually I got the hang of it.
