Next we will change the value in an efi program called RU.exe(http://ruexe.blogspot.com/), don't download the latest version as it seems to have bugs. We also need an efi shell to open it. :https://github.com/chipsec/chipsec/blob/main/chipsec/modules/tools/secureboot/Shell.efi Prepare an usb and format it to fat32 and labeled it "EFI". Create "EFI" folder and "Boot" folder inside it. copy the shell.efi into it and named bootx64.efi. Copy the ru.efi and .exe into the root of the partition.
