    • I've been following GitJournal for this, it has a UI a lot like Keep but backed by markdown files. Despite the name you can use it without git, and use external storage, but it doesn't quite work with existing folders yet, it only stores it's working folder externally.

  • TiddlyWiki

    A self-contained JavaScript wiki for the browser, Node.js, AWS Lambda etc.

    • Does TidlyWiki sound useful? I use it via gitlab pages, but also it functions offline as it's just a html file.

  • Joplin

    Joplin - the secure note taking and to-do app with synchronisation capabilities for Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS.
