  • libfprint

libfrpint driver for a family of Elantech fingerprint sensors (by iafilatov)

  • Yes, it involves taking the driver, reverse engineering it and writing one for Linux. Not a simple task by any means. But it seems that people have already done this and support is included in libfprint >= 0.8.3 from what I can tell.

  • elan-spi-fingerprint

prototype linux driver for elantech spi-based fingerprint sensors

  • I've used this: https://github.com/mincrmatt12/elan-spi-fingerprint before on my vivobook where the fingerprint sensor was embedded in the trackpad.

  • InfluxDB

Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
