Is there any name for this position? No progress seems possible. The position looks strange but is achievable in a normal game (albeit almost always deliberately). Tried on lichess and it doesn't draw, the game continues indefinitely.

  Chess Unwinnability Analyzer is an implementation of a decision procedure for checking whether there exists a sequence of legal moves that allows a certain player to checkmate their opponent in a given chess position.

I also read the appendix and fount out that lichess.org mislabels 10+0 games as "rapid", while rapid is any game where base time plus sixty times increment is more than 10 and less than 60 minutes.
