Create new email from a provider of your choice. Sign up with that said new email on SimpleLogin. Create a relay email with SimpleLogin. Only use the new relay email from SimpleLogin to sign up on sites. Install the password manager KeePassXC and its browser addon. It will greatly help you with securely, privatly creating and storing your account details. (When I sign up on trash sites that I dont really care about I just slam my hand on my keyboard to come up with some username and then let the KeePassXC addon fill in a secure password for me. Takes like two seconds all in all.)
Since this is /r/privacy, you are possibly already using Firefox? They have a service for this explicit purpose called Firefox Relay. You just generate a fake email, give the site that, and Mozilla forwards it. You can disable the email once you've gotten what you want out of it. You get a few email addresses for free, and if you want unlimited, you have to pay, but that's also a great way to support them, if you believe in their mission. And if not, nothing's stopping you from re-using the few you get for free.
