Unfortunately I'm not able to do full troubleshooting over reddit. Using VLC Media Player fixes most issues people have. Lots of folks have had success using a different link, like a google drive link. Some folks also have success by downloading it on a different device. No one has mentioned if downloading on a different day/time helped, but if none of the above works that may be another thing to try.
