  • dduper

Fast block-level out-of-band BTRFS deduplication tool.

  • Those hashes are per extent, not per file. After copying a file between disks, it can be laid out in a different way, and the hashes will be different, so it won't really help you in any way. But to answer the question: you can't read the hashes using any CLI command, but for example dduper can dedup your files, by reading and comparing btrfs internal hashes. So you can read the source code if you are interested, to know how they are doing that.
