keepassxc
KeePassXC is a cross-platform community-driven port of the Windows application “Keepass Password Safe”.
Otpclient keep password manager and totp separate .
I use KeePassXC on desktop (Ubunto 20.04 and Windows 10) and generated a database JUST for 2FA TOTP for my accounts. Then keep my passwords in a completely separate KeePass database. Both have unique master passwords to keep them compartmentalized, but both can be accessed across multiple devices (Ubuntu, Windows, Android) using Syncthing. On mobile I use KeePassDX from F-Droid to access my TOTP & password databases.

I built Tauthy because I also wanted a cross-platform 2FA for desktop. If you've used Aegis the UI will feel familiar. I like Bitwarden but it's a good idea to keep passwords and 2FA separate.
