  • canvas-student-data-export

Python script to download all of your student data from Canvas LMS

  • I graduated from college awhile ago and need to export all my files from Canvas (an LMS) ASAP before my account deactivates. There's a program that does exactly what I need it to do but it's on GitHub and I have no idea how to use it. I feel like pretty often I'll be searching for a program that can do a specific thing and when I find it, it's always on GitHub. I always have no idea on how to download it or use it unless it has a GUI. With applications like this one, do you have to have programming experience to understand how to use it? Or can a layperson learn how to use it pretty easily? And if so, how?
