    A tiling window manager for Windows 🍉

    Just looking at https://github.com/LGUG2Z/komorebi/blob/master/komorebi/src/windows_api.rs mostly everything in there should be supported, minus the DWM stuff. I'd recommed grabbing the Visual Studio 2005 MSDN Library, as that's the sweet spot IMO when it comes to old API documentation.
