10) Use Synthesis to generate a patch for your whole load order, you can split into different plugins and, for me at least, basically replaces the Bashed Patch, altough this is not a rule. It is very ease to use.

How do you keep track of/document everything? I have been using Cherry Tree. It is a fancy open source note taking program that lets you keep notes in a tree like structure.
