Looking for a MacOS alternative for the Music app with the following features:

I would recommend cider, it’s amazing on windows and they have a macOS app but they might not be able to do the second following point: https://github.com/ciderapp/Cider

I don't know of any on macOS, though there are a few for iOS (Marvis Pro comes to mind.) The limiting factor is Apple Music - if it were just an iTunes Library there's http://www.audiofile-engineering.com/fidelia/ or https://www.clementine-player.org but I can't really speak to the feature set of either.
