keepassxc
KeePassXC is a cross-platform community-driven port of the Windows application “Keepass Password Safe”.
I think you would be fine with just regular FreeBSD. Keep your PGP keys on a Yubikey following this guide and enable two-factor on anything else you have. You can use KeePassXC to locally store your passwords and Syncthing to keep synced with other devices (if needed). Monero has a FreeBSD CLI wallet available to run. If you setup a Pi on your LAN with a Tor proxy and monero node you can connect your wallet to your trusted node on your LAN and your node will sync over Tor. This can also be done locally with jails for ease of use, but this doesn't really add anything security-wise.
