My config is Ubuntu 21.10, two GPU's (a 6700XT for the Host and a 7750 for the guest, a MacOS) and I'm following Kholia's guide. MacOS was installed and usable on Virt-Manager console. The 7750 was isolated from the host with the GRUB command, confirmed with lspci -nnv. I dumped a BIOS from TechpowerUP for that card (a XFX 7750 Core 1Gb, to be specific), put it into /etc/firmware and listed it on the Virt-Manager. When I boot, the above image shows up when I connect my monitor to the 7750 HDMI port.
