  • I'm planning on moving to something else after I finish my current game in Pygame and Heaps is looking like a good contender at the moment. To be honest it was a toss up between Godot, Monogame and Heaps. Monogame was my first choice but it's not super easy to setup and the whole .NET ecosystem is quite confusing. Godot is great but I can't get onboard with the whole UI as programming thing. So now I'm at Heaps and actually enjoying it. The haxe language is great as well. Mostly of what I'd want in a language.
