After 2 years of self-study, I decided to make my first personal project: [Reference Finder](https://github.com/licjon/reference-finder), a program run from the command line that takes a manuscript in the form of a text file, docx, or pdf and helps match the best supporting reference from a directory of pdf references. I was also able to add sentence matching thanks to /u/kotartemiy's post, [Ultimate Guide to Text Similarity with Python](https://www.reddit.com/r/Python/comments/s1g9g8/ultimate_guide_to_text_similarity_with_python/).
