If you want an immediate proof of this, download this repository: https://github.com/fchollet/ARC and solve some problems, and then ask yourself to articulate precisely how you solved those problems. You won't be able to, and if you can, please write out the algorithm out in python or something - you'll easily win the nobel prize this year, and get a 7 figure job at whatever tech company you want.
