I focus on the generative model because that’s the part of the dialog system that seems most likely to actually feel emotions (which is very different from saying it feels emotions). Note the steering model is based on BERT, so it either has 110 million parameters (BERT base) or 340 million parameters (BERT large). It’s even less internally complex than the generation model.
