The closest thing you could probably get is a privacy focused flavor of Android like GrapheneOS or CalyxOS which give a greater degree of control over what apps can and can’t do. These take a bit of extra work to use though, since some apps don’t play nice with the extra the privacy/security measures.
Also there's a program on github, Universal Android Debloater, that will show you all of your packages, so you don't have to find their name manually
