I think there is no such phone that has no bloatware. If you want a phone without bloatware I recommend to do some searching on adb and use debloating tools like universal android debloater. It should take a lot of time depending on how you learn things but when you learned how to debloat phones yourself things would be easier because you will be able to remove bloatware on most of the phones you are going to use.
