  • vkQuake

Discontinued Vulkan Quake port based on QuakeSpasm

  • VKQuake is more or less just an improved version of Quakespasm / QSS. It is the all around workhorse sourceport that I recommend people go with. Though any of those three are fine.

  • ironwail

    High-performance QuakeSpasm fork

  • Ironwail is great if you want a more authentic 90's experience while still retaining broad support for mods. It has most of the features of Quakespasm forks, while also having an optional 8-bit renderer that comes with things like color pallette limitations and light dithering. A quick comparison. Only issues I've noticed is it does have a few minor visual glitches and crashes on some maps, and does lack a handful of more modern features of other sourceports like advanced particle effects. But definitely worth checking out and following it's development.

  • WorkOS

The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS. The APIs are flexible and easy-to-use, supporting authentication, user identity, and complex enterprise features like SSO and SCIM provisioning.
