    • On Windows I primarily use the SoundFont synths FluidSynth, SyFonOne or Freepiano. They each have their pros and cons, and I haven't found the perfect synth yet. I use MIDI-OX in combination with loopMIDI to route the MIDI data and watch the data stream.
