A more low level and effective option is to look into something like NextDNS or Pihole (DNS-level blocking) and set it up with your devices which will block all requests for trackers at the DNS level based on pre-made blacklists. I use this, it works very well and really opens your eyes when you see the stats on how many tracker-related requests made by your devices are blocked on a daily basis.
