It's all custom vertical stack in cards from HACS, or buttons inside grids. It's the magic of CSS styling with card mod to change how the cards look! Highly recommend you play around with it

It's a custom vertical stack in card on HACS, and it's a markdown card on top followed by weather, entities, and a custom home feed. After it's in place, I style the whole thing up and down with CSS, with help from card mod
It's simply just custom button cards with "spin: true" as one of the properties! The icon must be completely centered otherwise it will spin weird
