I found an interesting photo display project at https://github.com/Geektoolkit/Dynaframe3. The monitor i'm using needed a code adjustment in the MainWindow.axaml.cs file. Now that i've done that, how do i compile the files to get them to install on the Raspberry Pi? According to the programmer it uses Avalonia UI. There is already an installer that may need a change to use my local files?
You could try Chromium OS ( https://github.com/FydeOS/chromium_os-raspberry_pi/releases ), it works well on my Pi 4 4G. I usually run Raspberry Pi OS (currently bullseye 32 bit) and can stream YouTube well at 720p. It breaks up and stutters badly at 1080p.
