Endeavour OS would be a great choice . Thats what i've been using. Comes with calamares installer that lets you choose DE and WM's . Choose i3 as your wm during installation . comes with endeavour os theming . I have riced my i3 with dracula theme . Here is my setup : https://github.com/iamabhas/dotfiles

As for installation, either use archinstall which is an official part of the Arch iso file since April last year or use an Arch based distribution like EndeverOS.
