  • Ananicy Cpp

A full, event-based rewrite of Ananicy made in C++ for better performance.

You don't have to anyway. This is a rudimentary and possibly ignorant reimplementation of an established tool, ananicy-cpp. If you want the same (or better) functionality, that tool already exists and is easy to install and use.

  • TT-CPU-Scheduler

Discontinued Task Type (TT) is an alternative CPU Scheduler for linux.

I don’t understand how ananicy-cpp is better than the TT CPU Scheduler, which I’ve been using for a while on Arch and loving. Why’d they write their own instead of using TT?

  • distrobox

Use any linux distribution inside your terminal. Enable both backward and forward compatibility with software and freedom to use whatever distribution you’re more comfortable with. Mirror available at: https://gitlab.com/89luca89/distrobox

Distro Box might be a solution for that.

  • muffin

The window management library for the Cinnamon desktop (libmuffin) and its sample WM binary (muffin)

Luckily there is a mutter 3.36 rebase for the compositor coming https://github.com/linuxmint/muffin/pull/601, instead of being based on the 10 year old 3.2
