When I do feel like going to a more analytical approach, I do sometimes use CircleGuard or Danser to break down a replay and see how I move my cursor. It does kinda help see what weaknesses you have in a sense, such as seeing inconsistency in snapping notes or not flowing the way the streams would hit.
