  • OpenTabletDriver

Open source, cross-platform, user-mode tablet driver

  • So you pretty much have two options to get your tablet to work. You can either purchase the correct pen which will work flawlessly with no issues on your tablet, or you can take a gamble and keep using the incorrect pen with a third-party driver such as OpenTabletDriver that will not block the incompatible pen from being used. I highly recommend the first approach though, as incompatible pens usually have really buggy positioning and either have impossible to control pen pressure or none at all. If you find that the experience is tolerable though, it is certainly an option.

  • VoiDPlugins

A collection of plugins for OpenTabletDriver

  • There is a plugin for that, however it is highly unlikely that you will be able to get any usable pressure data out of that pen, since the tablet is expecting a different pen for that. But if you want to try, you need to download this version of the driver and follow these instructions. Almost certainly won't work due to having the wrong pen, but worth a shot.
