Between crunchyroll-go, the API-Crunchyroll-Beta docs, youtube-dl, and streamlink it should definitely be possible to put something together. youtube-dl and streamlink don't support the new Crunchyroll beta URLs though, so you'd need to bridge them or port them somehow.
