  • dotfiles

  • deft

    Deft for Emacs

  • My reasons and values for using different tools. have changed over time. I started using emacs from windows for text & keyboard centrism (with wonderful tools like deft, elfeed and dired). Which has given me speed, stability and the same experience across multiple OSes & machines. Over time however I started to appreciate it's versatility & I guess you can call it's "coherency" since everything is controlled in a lisp textual environment. I've been using it for dotfile management (good guide on it) & blogging. I think it truly embodies the do-what-you-want / hacker ethos much more then any program or environment.
