I combine this person does not exist with this AI thingy that turns photo portraits into oil paintings. It gives my npc portraits a cool stylized look.

  TokenTool removes much of the tedium from creating tokens for use with MapTool or your favorite online gaming application. Just drag an image into the background, select a frame, zoom and pan to suit, and drag off a finished token. The resulting token is transparent around the edges and cropped to the size you wanted.

  

I use the "monster for every season" packs. If I'm playing in person just print them out and stand them up, if I'm online I also use Token Tool to give them a nice pretty border.
