  • I'd like to take one more shot at this. I made it so new_async also checks that the FortifyYielderFuture is still alive when the async is suspended. This doesn't stop you from awaiting on another future, but, due to the lifetime constraint on yield_, this should require that the yielded value is valid when you do await (or else new_async panics).
